About the Position

The Client Service Centre drives a great client experience by ensuring we operate a highly efficient and customer-centric business model. Our dedicated and creative team work collaboratively with services across Queensland to make a real difference to the lives of our clients.

Due to organisational growth and team development we are looking for a full time Client Services Advisor to join us in Woolloongabba. You must be available to work shifts between 7.00am and 7.00pm, five days per week.

The key focus of this role is to establish a connection with the client through a personalised and positive outbound call experience that reflects the Anglicare SQ brand, ensuring the client’s needs are understood and responded to appropriately, and placing Anglicare SQ as preferred choice for service delivery.

This role is also responsible for ensuring all relevant information is gathered and entered accurately into our database, and the client’s initial contact with the Client Liaison is scheduled correctly. The Client Services Adviser will also liaise with community staff and other stakeholders to clarify information when required.

  • Proven ability to listen actively, engage with clients and develop an understanding of their needs
  • A highly customer-centred attitude; friendly demeanor and dedication to providing solutions
  • Capable when providing information on multi-disciplinary services and acting as an ambassador for the Anglicare brand
  • High level communication skills with a focus on successful, high-quality outcomes and solutions
  • Gather information accurately and  in detail, using available technology and resources
  • Working with minimal direct supervision, including managing your time and workflow
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong alpha-numeric data entry skills and exceptional level of accuracy
  • Dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy and working consistently within professional boundaries

A Certificate III in Call Centre Communications would be beneficial, and you will also be required to hold a current National Police Certificate.  Previous experience in the use of Procura would also be an advantage.
