About the Position

At Anglicare SQ, our Service Enablement Team looks for efficiencies and process and system improvements to help users achieve their daily tasks with ease. This is a dedicated, creative, highly motivated team that likes to have fun whilst achieving organisational goals. Currently based in Woolloongabba, with an impending move to the CBD, we are looking for a full time Administrator - Systems to join us on a fixed term contract for six months, acting as the first point of call for client management system and database issues, providing helpdesk support to users. The role is also responsible for logging, documenting, and tracking client database system issues, acting as an escalation point for helpdesk jobs, and liaising with vendors to ensure these jobs are tracked through to resolution.

 

About You

This essential role provides support and assistance for users across the organisation and requires you to troubleshoot and offer solutions across a wide range of services. You will also have experience and capabilities in:

  • Providing responses and solutions for Helpdesk queries and issues
  • Acting as first point of contact for all CMS (Client Management System) and database problems
  • Management of escalations and provide assistance and mentoring to Level 1 staff as required
  • Keeping up to date with documenting and monitoring issues and follow-up requirements to ensure fast and accurate resolutions are achieved
  • Performing systems testing and following correct procedure for any changes made
  • Monitoring system requirements, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions

Your strong customer-focus and open, approachable demeanour will be supported by:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate both technical and non-technical information to a broad range of users
  • An ability to work as part of a collaborate and cohesive team, but to also manage your own workload and priorities effectively
  • Confidence in time-management and working under pressure with multiple deadlines

You will be required to hold a current National Police Certificate, Queensland Driver Licence and have a willingness to work outside of regular business hours if required. Qualifications and/or certifications in ICT-related fields would be beneficial.
