Job No: S3441
Location: Anglicare SQ - Client Service Centre - Woolloongabba, QLD

About the Position

Anglicare is committed to providing a wide range of integrated, flexible, responsive and easy to access services to people seeking individualised community supports and services. Current changes within the sector, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme and the Aged Care Reforms, have created an exciting opportunity for a full time Concierge to join our team based in Woolloongabba on a six month contract.

This is a key role focused on providing excellence in customer service as a first point of contact for potential and existing clients, working in partnership with clients to understand their goals, needs and preferences. This information and knowledge is then used to develop tailored solutions available for purchasing, and supporting clients to maximise their life outcomes. The Concierge also ensures that, during the process of negotiating and establishing a Service Agreement and its associated service provision, the key hallmarks of Anglicare SQ’s Service Model and values are applied.
