About the Position

Anglicare’s Client Service Centre drives a great client experience by ensuring we operate a highly efficient and customer-centric business model. Our dedicated and creative team work collaboratively with services across Queensland to make a real difference to the lives of our clients. We are looking for a full time Advisor - Client Services to join us in Woolloongabba on a fixed term contract (until December 2019) who is available for an immediate start. You must be available to work a rotational roster with shifts between 7.00am and 7.00pm, five days per week.

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients of Anglicare. For prospective clients you will be responsible for connecting them with services that Anglicare provides, and support their entry into service. Existing clients may require additional support and have question about their services.

The key focus of this role is to establish a connection with the client through a personalised and positive customer experience that reflects the Anglicare brand, ensuring the client’s needs are understood and responded to appropriately, and placing Anglicare as preferred choice for service delivery.

 

About You

This is a high-volume, fast paced call centre role that manages both inbound and outbound calls. Our successful candidate will offer a calm, professional attitude and the following experience:

  • A successful background in a frontline, first-contact call centre environment with continuous call response
  • The highest level of customer service and strong rapport building skills
  • A friendly demeanor and dedication to providing solutions; strong, high-quality communication skills
  • Working with minimal direct supervision, including managing your time and workflow
  • An ability to empathise with elderly and disabled people and their carers - and challenges they may be facing
  • Proven ability to listen actively, engage with clients and develop an understanding of their needs
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office; strong alpha-numeric data entry skills and exceptional level of accuracy
  • Dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy and working consistently within professional boundaries

You will be required to hold a current National Police Certificate and a Certificate III in Call Centre Communications would be beneficial. Previous experience in the use of Procura would also be an advantage.
